Abstract:
The aim of this study is to unearth and bridge a population gap. The identified
research gap is that there is no evidence of Green HRM, organizational culture, leadership, and personal character in a nomological network/conceptual framework in the banking sector. This was bridged through a quantitative study. Unit of analysis is individual, and the sampling technique is non-probability convenience sampling. Sample size is 94. This is a cross sectional study which was done in a non-contrived environment. Researcher interference to the study is minimal. Human Resource Management functions should be done in an ecofriendly manner. Therefore, there is a trend in Green Human Resource Management. This study analysis the hypothesis based on partial least squares regression model. Leadership, organizational culture, and personal character has a positive impact on Green HRM.
