Abstract:
This research project examines the impact of Work from Home (WFH) processes on employee
job satisfaction among executive staff in the IT industry, with special reference to ABC
Organization. The study aims to identify the factors that influence job satisfaction in a remote
work environment, including policy and process, infrastructural arrangements, employee
training, superior assistance, and work-life balance. A survey of 55 executive staff members
was conducted, and the data was analyzed using correlation, regression, and factor analysis.
The results show that training to work from home, managerial support, and work-life balance
are significant contributors to job satisfaction, while insufficient infrastructure contributes to a
decline in satisfaction. The study recommends that organizations prioritize training, strengthen
managerial support, develop clear policies, support work-life balance, and upgrade
infrastructure to improve employee satisfaction. The findings have implications for
organizations seeking to optimize remote work arrangements and enhance employee well-being.
