Abstract:
The main purpose of this research is to find out the significant impact of job satisfaction on
employee performance. Identifying the factors affecting employee job satisfaction and identifying
the factors affecting employee performance also finally identifying the relationship between
employee job satisfaction and employee performance are the specific objectives of the research.
The independent variable will be job satisfaction and under the independent variable following,
three factors are considered: Rewards recognition, working environment, and career development.
The dependent variable will be Employee performance under the dependent variable following
two factors are considered: Delivering the duty, and measuring performance.
The research study was conducted through a questionnaire survey consisting of a questionnaire
that comprises demographic factors, dependent variable Employee performance and the two
factors, and independent variable job satisfaction and the three factors. The survey was distributed
among a sample of 100 employees and the responses were analyzed by using statistical methods
and hypotheses tested.
The study revealed there is a relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance and
alternative hypothesis are accepted while the null hypothesis is rejected.
Further, the researcher discussed the findings from the analysis to conclude the study followed by
making recommendations. These findings will provide some important recommendations for job
satisfaction to increase the level of satisfaction of the employees and enhance the performance
levels of the employees.
