Abstract:
In the world currently there are many organizations which is in the technology field. Which is
a good industry in the current market where the employees are very satisfied to work. This is
also an industry which is a high growing industry in Sri Lanka. All over the world, each
company try to achieve their main goal while achieving their sub goals and targets. In
achieving their objectives human resource management take place a huge and magnificent role
in a company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect when it comes to
employee retention in ABC Company which is situated in Sri Lanka. This study also focuses
on the organizational culture and the employee’s mindset in the market and how they are
handling. This stuff will affect employee satisfaction about their job which will ultimately
lead to Employee retention of the organization. Research was conducted through a field
survey by a structured questionnaire comprising demographics, four factors such as pay and
benefits, Management Practices, promotional opportunities, and working environment. The
research a sample of 50 tech employees in the ABC Company and to measure the rate of
employee retention of ABC Company. At last researcher has concluded the investigation by
giving suitable recommendations and solution which the ABC Company can do to achive
their goals Successfully.
