Abstract:
Employee job satisfaction remains a pivotal area of interest for researchers and practitioners due
to its profound impact on organizational outcomes (Smith, 2017). Drawing on past literature,
this study examines the impact of working environment challenges on employee job satisfaction
within the context of Aqua Dynamics (Pvt) Ltd, a renowned manufacturing company. The
research adopts a cross-sectional time horizon and utilizes a sample of 119 employees, collected
through surveys and analyzed using SPSS (Anova ,model Coefficient, regression). Findings from
the literature review highlight the significance of factors such as workload, co-worker
relationships, workroom environment, and supervisory relationships in influencing employee job
satisfaction (Jones et al., 2019). The study aims to contribute to the existing body of knowledge
by providing empirical evidence and practical recommendations for organizations to enhance
job satisfaction and overall organizational performance.
