Abstract:
A talent management practice inside an organization is a human resources strategy that aims
to find, attract, develop, deploy, and retain talented and high-potential workers. Therefore, to
improve the performance of the business, the leaders should understand the significance of
talent management.
The main objective of this research study is to examine how the impact of talent management
approaches on sustainable organizational performance in ABC Company PLC. Recently,
academics and practitioners have expressed their concerns over the use of talent management
techniques to achieve sustainable organizational performance that is in line with the
organization's operational and strategic goals, but the problem has not yet been fully explored.
Accordingly, this study's goal is to determine how talent management strategies affect
sustainable organizational performance in a diverse organization in Sri Lanka.
The first chapter explained the background of the study with talent management approaches
and organizational performance, the company information and the significance of this study.
The second chapter defines the theoretical background and definitions concerning all variables
concerned in this study. The third chapter is the methodology. In this chapter, the researcher
came up with the conceptual framework and designed hypotheses. Further, the researcher
describes the methodology and moved on to the results. All the respondent's data analysis is
contained in the fourth chapter and identified the relationship between variables. Finally, the
researcher gave recommendations in the fifth chapter for each identified objective and conclude
the report.
