on turnover intention of operational level employees in ABC Company.
The design of the research is hypothesis testing, as it explains the
nature of certain relationships and to explain the variance in the
dependent variable.
The main objective of the study is to examine the impact of job
satisfaction on turnover intention of operational level employees in
ABC Company. The target population consists of all 268 employees.

objectives, six hypotheses were developed based on the previous
literature. A structured questionnaire was used to gather information.
Once gathered data, then data analysis was done using SPSS version 21 statistical package. To test the hypotheses of the study persons
correlation and regression analysis were used..
According to the results of the analysis, it has been noted that except
job stress all the other dimensions of job satisfaction are negatively
associated with turn over intention. The results and the
recommendations of this study provide understanding that how these
variables affect the turnover intention and how to reduce turnover rate.
