Abstract:
Senhora Synergies is a company that is involved in manufacturing and exporting tea. The
Company is well known for its high-quality export products in the global market. However, for
the company to continue to perform at a better level, it will have to maintain the right focus on
strengthening its overall performance capability. This is the reason that the study would evaluate
the overall factors that would impact employee performance. The company has witnessed that
employee performance scores have deteriorated over the past few years. The appropriate steps are
needed to be taken to overcome these challenges. With the right focus on these issues, they should
be able to strengthen the overall performance levels of the organizations in the future.
The study has identified that in general factors such as training and development come from the
leadership provided by the management as well as the organizational culture could be considered
as factors that contribute to the increase of employee performance in running an organization. They
have to play a significant role when it comes to providing the required capabilities for the
employees to perform. To identify the key factors that drive performance in this instance, the
organization has to be effectively analyzed so that a clear evaluation of the dependent variables
and independent variables could take place.
The study collected data using a structured questionnaire. They should be able to indicate
conclusive insights using contact analysis techniques. The nature of the relationships between the
data can be conclusively established through this approach. The study has evaluated data from 80
respondents within the company who was selected randomly. The insights indicate that training
and development play a major role when it comes to improving employee performance. There's
been identified that the role of the organizational culture, as well as leadership, remains minimum
in improving performance. As a result of this, the company has to primarily focus on improving
the training and development function to strengthen the overall performance of the employees.
