Abstract:
The most precious resource in every firm is its human capital.
Because it is the only asset that is alive and capable of producing
new ideas. Finding out the elements influencing employee work
satisfaction at the ABC Corporation is the study's major goal.
According to the research problem identification and justification,
there is a problem with the employee job satisfaction level at ABC
Corporation. This study will assess the elements that influence
employee job satisfaction level in Sri Lanka.
Several factors have been shown to effect job satisfaction levels by
assessing hypotheses. Organizational factors, environmental
factors, and personal factors are the three variables chosen for this
study. These elements have been incorporated into the study's
conceptual framework. The quantitative data analysis that underlies
this study. 98 respondents from various departments were chosen
for this study's data collection, which was measured using a fivepoint Likert scale. 98 employees (out of a total of 300) were chosen
as the overall sample. Prior to performing the survey, the reliability
of the questionnaire was assessed using the Cronbach's alpha
technique, and the researcher used normal distribution curves to test
for normality before doing descriptive and inferential analyses. A
set of theories was created.
Eventually, the study results demonstrated that there is a positive
correlation between all the components examined in accordance
with the stated hypothesis and suggestions for the firm under each
element offered. The study's shortcomings have been noted, and
recommendations for more research have been made.
