Abstract:
Human resources are the backbone of every organization. Attracting and retaining a vital human capital
pool has become a challenge for current organizations. The management vitality among employees is weak due
to many reasons. The main objective of this study was to find & reveal the impact of learning agility on the
management vitality of managerial-level employees in the supermarket sector, Kandy district, Sri Lanka. Data
gathered through a five-point Likert-type questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS Data Analyzing Package. As
findings of the study, learning agility, mental agility, people agility, change agility, and results agility have a
positive impact on the management vitality of managerial-level employees.
