Abstract:
High-performance work practices (HPWPS) aim to improve employee performance within an
organization. Employees achieve higher levels of performance if organizations invest in practices that enrich
work, encourage employee participation, develop skills, and link rewards to performance. Research shows that
HR systems withpractices focused on training, performance evaluation, and involvement in decision- making are
significantly associated with lower employee effort, organizational social behavior, and employee turnover
intentions. Empirical evidence shows that high- performing work practices can improve employee performance
within an organizationby creating a motivated, empowered, and engaged workforce. The purpose of the studyis to
examine the existing literature on high-performance work practices on employees’performance, identify keywords
such as training, performance evaluation, involvementin decision-making, and high-performance work practices
and provide a conceptual framework that explains how these factors influence employees’ performance. The data
obtained from a sample of 370 employees in the apparel sector using online surveys and questionnaires. In this
research is conducted to give the reader an overview and clear understanding of the factors in employees’
performance.
