Abstract:
In present organizations highly engaging with the Information Systems based models. Gamification in
Human Resource Management now becoming a significant key process in HRpractices in many organizations. It’s a
contemporary model; the paper attempts to examine the gamification integration with HR training module and its effect
on employee productivity. Review article delves into the landscape of gamified human resource (HR) training within
theservice sector of Sri Lanka, examining on major contributing service segments such as wholesale and retail services,
transportation, telecommunications services, tourism and restaurants, banking and finance, and insurance services
Central Bank of Sri Lanka (2016), (2020). This model developed over the late 90s conversely, in a dynamic business
environment there were major developments. Given the context of Sri Lanka proportion of studies and published
reports that have conducted in between 2000 to 2020. This comprehensive analysis aims to identify the extent of
gamification in HR training in the service sector, and the effect of gamification on HR training in the service sector
