Abstract:
This research study investigates the influence of training and development on employee
performance, aiming to explore relationship between training and development and employee
performance. The study collected both primary and secondary data sources.For primary data, a
self-structured questionnaire was employed to gather information from participants, focusing
on variables such as training needs assessment, design, delivery style, evaluation, and employee
performance patterns, as these variables are believed to significantly impact employee
performance.Secondary data for the study was obtained from journal articles, which were
analyzed to gather additional insights and theoretical frameworks related to the study impact of
training and development on employee performance.The findings of this research are expected
to provide valuable insights for organizations and human resource professionals, aiding in
understanding the effectiveness of training and development programs in enhancing employee
performance. The results may also inform decision-making processes regarding the design,
implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs within organizations.
Overall, this study important to identify the importance on training and development by
examining the relationship between training variables and employee performance, combining
primary and secondary data sources to offer a comprehensive understanding of the impact of
training and development on employee performance.
