Abstract:
Human Resources Management System is an important key aspect in an organization for moving
towards a digital platform to make the physical work into systemized automation. The merge of
both disciplines of HRM and IT, whereas the programming of the system with the HR function to
create standardized software for better administration worldwide, It is important for every
organization to adopt and accept the HRMS as an operational tool to manage large amounts of data
and make strategic and data-driven decisions. The study mainly focuses on the impacts of
employee behavioral factors on HRMS acceptance at W.I. Tel Soultions (Pvt) Ltd. There are many
researchers who have completed the study on HRMS acceptance and adoption at the international
level and in Sri Lanka. The organization should be able to increase the usage of the HRMS and
increase its productivity. The research approach used for this study was quantitative. The
population of W.I.T. Solutions is 300, and a sample of the population was used for the study. Data
was gathered by using questionnaires distributed among employees through online platforms. The
findings of this research can contribute to many research studies that have been done prior to this
topic, and this knowledge can also be used by the organization to improve the acceptance and
adoption of HRMS. In this research, key areas are discussed, such as employee involvement
behavior and employee technology innovation.
