dc.description.abstract The core purpose of this study is to identify the impact of transformational impact after the introduction of HRIS in ABC company in Sri Lanka. The independent variables are operational efficiency and improvement, data management and accuracy, employee satisfaction, better compliance and risk management, cost saving, and the dependent variable is HRIS implementation. The study explored the relationship and impact of those variables in ABC company context. The conceptual framework of the study is developed by the researcher based on previous literature. The sample of this study is staff and above level employees in ABC company and the sample size was 48 employees. Data collection is done by using standard questionnaires via Google Forms from 48 employees. The researcher used convenience sampling technique to select sample. Correlation and multiple liner regression analysis was used to accessing the correlation and impact of the variables and to test the study hypotheses. Analyzed results indicated that each and every model showed satisfactory amount of explained variances. According to the coefficient results the B value and sig value of all the variables suggest that all the independent variables have significant impact on HRIS implementation. Therefore, all the developed hypotheses (H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5) are accepted. en_US
