Abstract:
The research study aims to determine the ‘Impact of training and development on employee
performances at ABC (Pvt) Ltd Company”. Identification of the relation between training needs,
formulation of the training program, implementation of the training process, and evaluation of the
training process are the specific objectives of the research. The independent variable will be
training and the dependent variable will be employee performance. Under independent variable
identification of training needs, formulation of Training Program, Implementation of the training
Process & Evaluation of Training Process will be examined and under dependent variable
performance outcome, measuring performance will be examined.
A questionnaire survey was given to employees to conduct the research, which comprises
demographic factors, a dependent variable with the two constructs, and an independent variable
with the four constructs. The survey was given to 100 employees on the survey responses were
statistically analyzed by using SPSS after analysis it revealed that there is an impact of training
on employee performance according to the results the null hypothesis was rejected and the
alternative hypothesis was accepted.
Furthermore, the researcher has elaborated on the findings from the analysis to conclude the
study. The recommendations will be useful to the organization to identify the gaps and find
appropriate solutions.
