| dc.description.abstract | Since the higher competitive business environment, the importance of committed employees to the organization is rapidly increasing. This study investigates the impact of leadership style on organizational commitment. This is a cross sectional descriptive research in nature. Standard questionnaire was used to collect primary data through a survey. Convenience sampling technique was applied to select the sample. Data were collected via a self – administered, pre tested questionnaire that met accepted standards of validity and reliability. Descriptive statistics and factor analysis were performed to analyze data. Findings revealed that there is a significant positive impact of leadership style on organizational commitment. | en_US |
