dc.description.abstract Since the higher competitive business environment, the importance of committed employees to the organization is rapidly increasing. This study investigates the impact of leadership style on organizational commitment. This is a cross sectional descriptive research in nature. Standard questionnaire was used to collect primary data through a survey. Convenience sampling technique was applied to select the sample. Data were collected via a self – administered, pre tested questionnaire that met accepted standards of validity and reliability. Descriptive statistics and factor analysis were performed to analyze data. Findings revealed that there is a significant positive impact of leadership style on organizational commitment. en_US
