health and safety conditions in Sri Lanka. This research focuses on sound health and safety
conditions at a marine container terminal, including how they are measured, measuring

conditions was examined in the research. Reviewing the literature, this study identified
three independent factors that influence the dependent variable of sound health and safety
conditions: leadership, employee training, and employee involvement. The basic data were
gathered from 132 personnel in the operations department of XYZ Container Terminals (Pvt)
Ltd in Sri Lanka. This study carries out using quantitative research methodologies. The
acquired data was evaluated and analyzed using SPSS in order to find the variables that

variable. The researcher has recommended relevant suggestions and solutions for sound
health and safety conditions in XYZ Container Terminals (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka, based on the
research findings.
