| dc.description.abstract | This research is conducted focusing on the employee group, Machine Operators at ABC Apparel manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd Company to investigate the Impact of Training on Employee Job Satisfaction. A random sample of 80 Machine Operators at ABC Apparel manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd Company were selected for the statistical analysis of this research. The Machine Operators’ responses that have been obtained through primary and other secondary data collection methods were used in order to conduct the statistical analysis. Those two methods of primary data collection were Questionnaires and Interviews. The results of questionnaires were used for quantitative data analysis while the responses of the conducted interviews and secondary data collections were used for qualitative data analysis. For the quantitative analysis there were five independent variables as Training needs, Attitude of the employee towards training, Training methods used, Time spent on training & Trainer’s qualifications and one dependent variable as Employee job satisfaction were used. The methods used for statistical analysis were the measures of central tendency, correlation analysis and hypothesis testing with ANOVA tables. With the careful analysis and examination, the final result was generated as all the independent variables of this research study have an impact to the dependent variable. Therefore, the Employee Job Satisfaction of the Machine Operators of the ABC Apparel manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd Company is affected by Training needs, Attitude of the employee towards training, Training methods used, Time spent on training and Trainer’s qualifications. The researcher recommends in the training needs analysis immediate supervisor’s suggestions should be heard and a variety of training methods should be adopted. | en_US |
