| dc.description.abstract | This study looks at how digitization affects organizational processes, focusing on critical factors such technology infrastructure, management commitment, staff training, and investment affordability. A quantitative strategy was used to collect data from 50 firms utilizing standardized questionnaires. Senior management, IT professionals, and operational workers were identified as key stakeholders. Regression, correlation, and reliability analysis were performed in addition to descriptive statistics using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 to look into the relationships between the variables. The findings demonstrate that technology infrastructure and investment affordability have a significant influence on organizational operations, enhancing efficacy and efficiency. On the other side, although equally important, employee training and management commitment had less of an instant impact. Link and regression research show a high positive link between investments in digital technology and improved organizational performance. This study contributes to our theoretical understanding of digital transformation by integrating multiple theoretical frameworks and providing empirical evidence on the factors impacting effective digitalization. It also offers helpful guidance for legislators and executives of organizations, highlighting the importance of judicious technology investments and the development of a robust digital infrastructure. Future research should examine longitudinal studies and other factors that may have an impact on the digitalization process in order to completely capture the dynamic nature of digital transformation. All things considered, this study establishes the foundation for further research and innovation in this field while highlighting the significance of digital technology to the evolution of modern organizational procedures. | en_US |
