| dc.description.abstract | Job satisfaction is basically how happy someone is with their job. In this research investigates the impact of job satisfaction on employee retention among non-executive category employees at ABC (Pvt) Ltd, focusing on the independent variable of job satisfaction and its subindependent variables including working environment, teamwork, and going abroad. The study employs a quantitative research method, utilizing SPSS software for data analysis. The primary objective is to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and employee retention within the specified demographic. Through a quantitative approach combining surveys was collected from a sample of non-executive employees. Findings reveal a strong positive correlation between job satisfaction and employee retention, with working environment, teamwork, and opportunities for going abroad emerging as significant factors affecting job satisfaction levels. The results underscore the importance of fostering a supportive work environment and providing growth opportunities to enhance job satisfaction and subsequently improve employee retention within ABC (Pvt) Ltd and similar organizations. | en_US |
