dc.description.abstract This study seeks to explore the ramifications of organizational culture on employee engagement within the confines of Creative Textiles Mills, operating in the dynamic and competitive landscape of the garment industry. Recognizing the industry's challenging working conditions and evolving policies, the primary aim is to assess the impact positive or negative of Creative Textiles Mills organizational culture on employee engagement and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Employing a predominantly quantitative methodology, the research will utilize a survey questionnaire to amass data from Creative Textiles Mills employees. Additionally, in-depth interviews with selected personnel, including both employees and managers, will be conducted to glean nuanced perceptions and experiences, enriching the understanding of the subject. The investigation will be guided by the theoretical framework derived from organizational culture and employee engagement literature, positing that organizational cultures fostering healthy work environments, prioritizing employee well-being, and facilitating personal and professional growth tend to cultivate elevated levels of employee engagement. The outcomes of this research hold significance not only for Creative Textiles Mills but also for the broader garment industry. Insights into how organizational culture influences employee engagement and, consequently, organizational performance can empower Creative Textiles Mills to pinpoint areas of enhancement, formulate effective strategies for cultural improvement, and bolster employee engagement. Moreover, this research contributes to the existing body of literature on organizational culture and employee engagement, offering valuable perspectives for future inquiries on the subject. In summary, this study promises substantive insights into the interplay between organizational culture and employee engagement at Creative Textiles Mills, advancing comprehension of their interconnectedness and impact on employee behavior, motivation, and performance.
