| dc.description.abstract | This article emphasizes the most influential and revolutionizing factor of business success which is the glue between the people and the organization , “The Culture Factor” where only Human Resources can build , shape , shine and create out of which all other resources remain without any sensitivity towards culture . Prosperity and Productivity is a mindset of all human beings which is a seed factor that has to be planted in the greener pastures of culture. This is a fundamental requirement for the business success which is broader less and unlimited in gaining competitive advantage against competitors. Globally and regionally much has been written and spoken about culture and leadership. But it is in times like today that business leaders have begun to practically take a look at culture as one of the influencing factors in the success of a company. This article reemphasizes the need for leaders at various levels to sustain, and if required, realign the organization’s culture as a DNA which enables high performance and provides the organization with a competitive edge.
