dc.description.abstract This study seeks to answer the question of the impact of Organizational Justice on Turnover Intention of Generation-Y (Gen-Y) employees in the Information and Communication Technology Industry in Sri Lanka taking ABC (Pvt) Ltd as a case study. By observing the fact that there is a high turnover among the Gen-Y employees of the Core Team at ABC (Pvt) Ltd, the above problem was conceptualized as a lack of organizational justice. Consequently, based on the existing literature, it is hypothesized that organizational justice (i.e. Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interpersonal Justice, and Informational Justice) negatively influences turnover intention. A survey was undertaken by using a sample size of 51% of the target population of Gen-Y employees of the Core Team at ABC (Pvt) Ltd. Data of the survey revealed that Organizational Justice (as a combination of the four independent variables) has a negative relationship with the Turnover Intention with a 99% confidence level. en_US
