| dc.description.abstract | Employees are the most valuable asset in an organization in present days. It is the main responsibility of the management to provide protection to the workforce to achieve overall organizational objectives. The main objective of this research was to identify the impact of organizational health and safety practices on employee turnover intention. Occupational safety and health (OSH) is one of the key functions related to employees physical, mental and social wellbeing under HRM functions. The selected sample includes 100 operational level employees of the ABC apparel solutions at the Kurunegala plant. Sampling method is Stratified Sampling Method. The methods of primary data collection were through Questionnaires. The quantitative analysis was undertaken with the use of statistical analysis methods. The methods used for statistical analysis were the Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and Regression. It was obtained that all the independent variables has a positive relationship with the used dependent variable, and all the hypotheses are accepted. The study revealed that employee turnover intention is positively influenced or affected by health and safety practices of operational level employees. | en_US |
