dc.description.abstract Training is one of the fundamental factors in an organization which leads employee performance to a greater level. As per the discussions, reports and other details, it was proven that there was a considerable issue regarding training process of the XYZ Company. So, the proposed study aimed at analyzing how employee training relies on employee performance in XYZ company and to achieve the following specific objectives; to understand the factors contributing to lift up employee performance in the company, to observe how to identify and determine training needs of employees, to find out the proper planning of training programs and suitable training methods, to propose possible training recommendations towards the company to enhance employee performance. The proposed study used a sample of 100 employees of 134 employee’s population in the XYZ company while applying simple random sampling method to collect data. The primary data were collected through a questionnaire and secondary data were collected through company records. And the Data tab used as the analytical tool in order to analyze the collected data. According to the inferential statistics which resulted through the processes of correlation and regression, it can be stated that the four major determinants; training need identification, training design and delivery style, training method, training evaluation have strong positive relationship with employee performance and it was further identified that all the four independent variables are significant. In conclusion, it can be stated that all the null hypothesis; There is no impact of TNI on Employee Performance, There is no impact of Training design and Delivery style on employee performance, There is no impact of Training Method on Employee Performance, There is no impact of Training Evaluation on Employee Performance were rejected and alternative hypothesis; There is an impact of TNI on Employee Performance, There is an impact of Training Design and Delivery Style on Employee Performance, There is an impact of Training Method on Employee Performance, There is an impact of Training on Employee Performance were accepted due to the results of quantitative analysis. en_US
