| dc.description.abstract | This research is based on the Sri Lankan tea sector, productivity analysis of bought leaves tea factory, and requirements for the quality management system implementation for organization development. Due to lack of studies and the increase more intensity to on this field with the real state of the tea production company and the attitudes of the employees. This study identifies organizational weaknesses that have arisen from a failure to follow rules and procedures. By implementing a theoretical foundation system, based on prior literature with the ‘Plane, Do, Check, Act’ model can approach the organization to increase profitability with tangible and intangible rewards for its future development. Training programs, following standards, new rules and regulations, and systematic audits introduce as well as through conduct expertise interviews conclude the theory and the model develop according to the objectives of the study. Analysis of data design in a qualitative manner and data finalized by thematic analysis. | en_US |
