| dc.description.abstract | Human resource is the most important and asset of an organization. All other assets cannot be activated for operational efficiency without human resources. The overall organizational performance can be improved when developing the performance of employees. The one of the main barriers which are affecting organizational performance is occupational accidents. The major objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between the occupational accidents of field workers who works in a leading power supply company and employee performance. Further, employee performance was considered as the dependent variable, and factors influencing occupational accidents as the independent variables. Moreover, the study expects to identify the main variable affecting occupational accidents among the independent variables. This study is performed to provide recommendations to the management for shortcomings of the independent variables selected for the problems in this leading power supply company. | en_US |
