| dc.description.abstract | Although research on traditional workplace bullying is expanding rapidly, few studies are currently addressing workplace cyberbullying. According to research, workplace cyberbullying significantly impacts workers' mental health. The main purpose of this study is to gain a thorough understanding of how cyberbullying impact employee performance in public sector employees in the Kandy district in Sri Lanka. Three Divisional Secretariats in the Kandy district were chosen (Kundasale, Harispattuwa, and Udunuwara). These three Divisional Secretariats employ 343 secondary-level employees. As a result, the population of the study is made up of 343 public sector employees from the selected Kandy District Divisional Secretariat, and researchers used the Morgan table to determine the sample size, after selecting 181 employees for the sample using a simple random sampling technique. And for this study, a survey data collection method was used. The collected data was used for descriptive analysis, and simple and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. Workplace cyberbullying negatively impacted to employee performance in the public sector employees in the Kandy district, Sri Lanka. | en_US |
