| dc.description.abstract | The work-life balance is crucial to maintaining professional dedication. Individuals frequently find it challenging to manage all duties and obligations in life, particularly job and personal lives, in today's fast-paced society. Workers that are extremely satisfied and driven are sought by all firms since various studies have proven that more satisfied and motivated employees are also more productive. By implementing family-friendly policies and practices, businesses organizations make a significant contribution to enabling workers' work-life balance and, as a result, improved life happiness. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to identify the relationship between employee engagement, employee satisfaction and work-life balance through a systematic literature review. Using the Zotero reference management system software, all bibliographic information is structured and handled using the PRISMA technique. A systematic literature review is employed for the five years 2016-2020/21 to examine 100 publications from referenced journals. To create and view bibliometric literature networks, the VosViewer programme is utilised. Employee satisfaction seems to mediate the relationship between work-life balance and job engagement. The implications of research and practice findings are examined in terms of their contribution to the area of employee behaviour, as well as the link between work-life balance, life satisfaction, and job engagement. | en_US |
