dc.description.abstract COVID-19 pandemic heightens the importance of job performance in business to improve business performance. Accordingly, 263 documents on Job Performance were reviewed in this bibliometric analysis. The purpose of this study was to examine the annual publication trend, source analysis, country-wise analysis, author analysis, keyword analysis, thematic analysis and qualitative analysis of highly cited publications in Employee Job Performance. The review revealed that Employee Job Performance is a long-lasting research area, but today, researchers also investigate it because of its importance for organizations. This study finally proposes future research recommendations to improve employee job performance research. en_US
