dc.description.abstract The research is focused on identifying impact of organizational culture on employee performance by observing the relationship. The literature review is conducted to identify what are the drivers in organizational culture and employee performance. The latent variables were defined based on the literature review and survey is conducted to identify relationship between dependent and independent variables. The correlation is tested based on Cronbach’s alpha models and the relationship is analysed using linear regression and multi regression techniques. The research findings identify the organizational cultural aspects of values and believes, teamwork, individual appreciation has a significant impact on employee performance. Based on the findings, the organizational culture and employee performance correlation discussed with evaluating existing literature and recommendations are provided for further studies. en_US
