The apparel industry in Sri Lanka, especially companies like MAS, works in a highly competitive worldwide market. This necessitates a vital approach to human asset administration, especially in drawing in and holding skilled employees. The industry's dependence on a skilled and versatile workforce implies that recruitment and selection strategies must be finely tuned to meet both current and future demands.
