Abstract:
This research embarks on an exploration of the factors influencing the low performance of the Minipe
Multipurpose Cooperative Society, seeking to identify and analyze the underlying issues that have hindered its
success. Cooperative societies play a vital role in community development, and understanding the challenges
faced by Minipe Multipurpose Cooperative Society can contribute to informed interventions aimed at revitalizing
its operations. Employing an explorative research methodology, this study combines qualitative and quantitative
techniques to delve into the multifaceted aspects of the cooperative's performance. Through surveys, face-to-face
interviews, and document analysis observation methods, this research aims to uncover key factors such as internal
management practices, external economic influences, member engagement, and market dynamics that may
contribute to the observed low performance. The research findings are anticipated to provide valuable insights
into the specific challenges faced by the Minipe Multipurpose Cooperative Society, offering a nuanced
