Abstract:
The apparel industry depends a lot on machine operators to work efficiently because
they use a lot of labor. In this situation, how happy people are with their job is really
important for how productive they are. This study looks at how the Job satisfaction of
machine operators at ABC Apparel company affects how well they do their jobs. This
study looks at how different things affect how well machine operators work in
clothing factories. It looks at things such as how healthy they are, what challenges
they have, how much money they make, and how skilled they are. Using surveys,
interviews, and performance data, the research shows important information about
what makes employees satisfied and productive in their jobs.
The results of this study are very important for both ABC Apparel Company and the
wider clothing manufacturing industry. It is important to understand the satisfaction
of machine operators because they play an important role in the workforce.
