Abstract:
Work-life balance was a topic that intrigued a variety of organizations between 1980 and 1990.
For this reason, they started making different types of programs. More focus was placed on women
with children in the initial wave of these programs. Programs for work-life balance are currently
not given any priority based on a person's gender, and other family responsibilities are also
acknowledged. Given the size of the world's population, they need flexibility and autonomy over
their private lives. Everyone strives for work-life balance to achieve a sense of virtual social
security. This phrase is well known, and many people lament the fact that it is insufficient for their
lives. Work-Life Balance is a common conversation topic that frustrates many people
(ArunaShantha, 2019). Accordingly, most of the workers argued that they do not have enough time
management opportunities at work to handle their duties and personal responsibilities.
