Abstract:
This systematic review examines the impact of AI on human creativity through bibliographic and
thematic analysis of recent scholarship (2019-2024). Five emerging themes were identified: AI as a creative
facilitator, AI challenges and limitations, organizational creativity and performance, educational implications, and
societal conceptual impacts. The study reveals that AI can enhance creative processes through problem-solving
and ideation but can also suppress creativity due to originality threats, ethical concerns, and the risk of
overreliance. The impact of AI varies across contexts and can benefit business organizations and educators in
developing innovative learning and problem-solving skills. The analysis highlights the opportunities and
challenges of using AI to enhance human creativity across different domains.
