dc.description.abstract Balancing both work and personal life is one of the biggest challenges that people are experiencing in this modern era. Without a proper work-life balance, many people are unsuccessful in their lives in terms of performing job and family life. Therefore, it is vital to analyze how Work-Life Balance will help overcome conflicts between work and family life The main objective of this study was to identify whether there is an impact of WLB on employee performance. Consequently, this will help to identify the relationship between WLB and employee job performance and also to identity what are the most salient WLB dimension/s that has an impact on employee job performance. Based on the research objectives three questions have been developed in order to be answered through the findings of this study. A quantitative study was conducted, and 43 responses were collected after distributing a structured questionnaire among executive level employees at the ABC company. The sample technique used was judgmental sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS 29 version, and two main statistical tests were used to test the formulated hypothesis. Further, descriptive statistic used to identify the frequency, mean and standard deviation of the sample. Based on the correlation analysis, it was evident that there is a moderately positive relationship between each WLB dimension (supervisor support, work leave policy and flexibility in working hours) and employee job performance. Then, from the multiple regression analysis, it was revealed that there is a significant impact of supervisor support on employee performance, as well as work leave policy on employee performance. On the other hand, flexibility in working hours has a positive relationship; however, it is not significantly impact on employee job performance, as the ABC company already has a healthy policy related to working hours’ flexibility. The findings of this study help to determine managerial implications on the day today work of BPO company, as well as for any future study related to this research area. Also, based on the limitations of this study, the company can take necessary steps to identify other factors that impact on employee job performance while considering potential strategies to overcome them. en_US
