Abstract:
This study aims at investigating the factors that influence ‘Mahajana Super (pvt) ltd’ employees turnover intention including work overload, Supervisory support, Employee skill level. This research is expected to be able to find a solution to the problem of increasing turnover intention which could lead to serious problems. The study uses a quantitative method with the Path Analysis model and the resulted model analyzes both direct effect and indirect effects of independent variable (Supervisor Support, Workload and Employee Skill) variables on dependent variable (Labor Turnover). There is total 40 questionnaires distributed to the company Floor employees and total number of 40 had been collected. Data was analyzed through measures of central tendency, Correlation analysis and regression Analysis. Based on the findings, all independent variables have significant relationship and impact with dependent variable. Based on previous results, there is a Positive relationship between job stress and employee turnover. If the stress increased labor turnover will increase. Finally, the results obtained from the research proved that all the independent variables (Supervisor Support, Workload and Employee Skill) have a Positive relationship with the dependent variable (Labor Turnover). Therefore, the employee turnover is positively related with job stress and its factors. Finally, the recommendations for certain found issues were given as how company can reduce their employee turnover while they are at work and methods to enhance job retention.
Recommendations were given as to how employee themselves should try to relieve from stress by controlling their emotions. Recommendations suggested on how management of company can contribute towards this issue and what are the possible steps and measures company can take to implement to reduce stress among employees.
