Abstract:
The focus of this paper is the relationship of employee engagement with organizational communi cation. Moreover, the research investigates the relationship of the demographic determinants
with employee engagement in Albanian bank sector. The research shows that the communication
satisfaction dimensions strongly impact employee engagement. The relationship between demo graphic variables and employee engagement is presented in the study as well. This research does
have practical implications for bank sector, mainly for top management and human resources de partment as how to increase the engagement of the employees.
