: Human beings are the essential part of the process. Today, technology and machines are taking
over the human resource, as claimed by many people; but technology and machines can never replace human
resource entirely. Humans are required for operating and maintaining these machines. Human resource is
extremely important for developing or bringing about new and required changes to these machines and
