tasks previously carried out by humans. AI has been grown exponentially in the past decade.
Artificial intelligence is serving IT companies make better, faster decisions. This applies to the
field of human resources as much as anything else. HR recruiters have implemented Artificial Intelligence software to benefit expedite recruiting and create more competence in the overall recruitment and selection process.AI technologies provide substantial prospects to advance functions in human resource.
