Abstract:
Every organization has to operate in an environment and it also gets affected if
there is any change in the surroundings. In the boom of the digital age, the impact of
artificial intelligence is redesigning the functions of organizations and HR. Artificial
intelligence is demonstrated by machines, in contrast to the human skills which have
shifted to build a better future in the industries by remodeling its plans.
Automation in HR is more prevalent with companies all over the world
implementing the rise of new technology, trends for a better workplace Artificial
Intelligence in Human Resources Industry have changed many functions for growing
companies- especially in recruiting, hiring, and others benefits of management.
This paper will emphasize on applications of AI respect to human resource of
an organization an attempt is made to present a conceptual overview of AI and
