| dc.description.abstract | Employee performance is a multidimensional, variegated concept, mostly keyed by the singular thought of individual roles and organizational contexts with expectations. It also greatly pertains to skills, motivation, and work environments. Job performance reflects the effectiveness with which an employee carries out tasks, responsibilities, and goals. It encompasses both the quantity and quality of work produced, as well as the efficiency and consistency of outcomes. Besides, employee performance influenced by their engagement, resources given, and alignment with the objectives of an organization turn this area quite critical to general business performance. Thus, the researcher based her findings on the pilot survey that identified the factors that affect Workplace Spirituality in ABC Company. These have adversely affected the organizational productivity levels. This research purpose is to find out about major factors in determining workplace spirituality at ABC Company, according to employees' views. The dependent variable of the study is Employee Job Performance. Whereas, Leadership and Organizational Culture were chosen as the independent variables, with the mediating variable being Workplace Spirituality. Five hypotheses were developed for testing in this study. This study utilized a quantitative approach. Simple random sampling was adopted, and 30 samples were targeted. The data are collected through a pre-structured questionnaire for primary data and secondary data from research documents and documents on existing interviews. The research outcome statistically proved that there is a significant positive relationship between Workplace Spirituality and Employee Job Performance. With regards to the ABC Company. Sample size is 30 and some examples for objectives are to identify the impact of leadership on Workplace spirituality and to identify the impact of organizational culture on workplace spirituality. | en_US |
