| dc.description.abstract | By conducting this research, researcher has formerly tested these hypothese and discovered that there are positive connections among the independent, interceding and dependent variables. Experimenter concluded that there's a partial interceding effect of the work- life balance in between the relationship of the family support and job satisfaction and in between operation support and job satisfaction. This named organization has come concern that dissatisfaction of workers has come a major problem and it has been shown on reports on employee performance chancing that there's a major performance issue in the company. The Objectives of the study are to determine the relationship between family support and job satisfaction, management support and job satisfaction, known that the same is anticipated from all workers. Companies should identify which jobs advance themselves to flexible work scheduling and apply formal programs for coordinating flexible schedules with a hand’s administrators and employers.
