dc.description.abstract The ability of an individual to apply knowledge, skills, and values competently to fulfill the requirements of his job, satisfy his employer, and contribute to the overall achievement of institutional goals is a crucial indicator of success in the workplace. When considering employability, it is the employee’s ability to perform, and education can enhance that ability. Therefore, the study analyses the effect of the Knowledge, Skills & Attitude of Graduate employees on their Work Performance at Brandix Apparel Limited. Almost every person that comes to the job market is fully or partly educated. Furthermore, it will help the employer to recruit a more knowledgeable candidate that will use their knowledge for the growth of the organization. The main objectives of the study are to identify the. • Impact of knowledge of the graduate worker on their professional performance. • Impact of skills of the graduate worker on their professional performance. • Impact of attitudes of the graduate worker on their professional performance. And also, the major factors influenced by the knowledge, skills & Attitudes of the employees, and to find out how to work performances are affected by recruiting graduates and to identify the negative and positive sides in recruiting graduates and give suitable recommendations for minimizing the negative effect on the organization. The main areas affected by the knowledge gained through education are skills, knowledge and attitudes that were analyzed in this study. The list of hypotheses was prepared based on previous studies and preliminary research at Brandix Apparel Limited and clearly identifies the above factors with the opinions of previous academics. Likewise, the mix methodology has been used for the purpose of this study. The population of the study was employees at Brandix Apparel Limited and from the identified target population of 700; a sample of 248 was selected under the stratified random sampling method. Research findings indicate that most of the employees at Brandix Apparel Limited are fully or partly graduates, which is affecting their work performance immensely. Thus, it can be demonstrated that the Knowledge, Skills & Attitude of the graduated employees has a significant impact on work performance. en_US
