dc.description.abstract The main purpose of this research is to find the impact of job satisfaction of employee turnover intention in LG hotel. As there are some sister properties for the LG hotel, the highest turnover intension of employees shows in LG hotel and, this is to clarify the reasons for that. This research has been completed with support from both primary data and secondary data. Chapter one gives the introductions to the topic and explains the background of the LG hotel. In chapter two, the literature reviews the theories and the relationship between job satisfaction and the turnover intention described. From the methodology part the population, sample, and data collection methods are explained. The questionnaire and conceptual framework were developed based on previous studies and used past findings to develop tested hypotheses. SPSS used for the analysis of the data the researcher collected through the questionnaires. Chapter four explains the analysis part of the data and chapter five gives the recommendations and the conclusion of the research report. en_US
