dc.description.abstract Human Resource Entrepreneurship (HRE) is an emerging field that integrates human resource management (HRM) with entrepreneurial activities to foster innovation and competitive advantage within organizations. This documentary retrieval explores the concept of HRE, its theoretical foundations the role of HRM in entrepreneurship, the need of human resource entrepreneurship to face the economic crisis in Sri Lanka and Challenges to apply the concept of Human resource entrepreneurship. Through a comprehensive literature review, researchers examine how HRE contributes to organizational success by leveraging human capital to drive entrepreneurial initiatives. The article also provides the recommendations to apply the concept of Human Resource entrepreneurship in organizational context. en_US
