dc.description.abstract Getting the most out of human resources helps many organizations stay competitive. In order to determine the company's performance, it is crucial to keep the right staff and take the necessary actions to keep them happy in their positions. The retention of employees, however, can be significantly hampered by a number of factors. The goal of this study was to pinpoint the strategies used by ABC Company to keep talented employees on staff. The study's focus is on The ABC Company, an IT firm that works in the telecommunication industry. It was found that the company's turnover rates were higher, that less qualified applicants submitted applications for unfilled positions, and that the workers lacked sufficient motivation. The study's major goal is to pinpoint the essential components that keep individuals above the associate levels and their connections to organizational culture. There are also special objectives to investigate factors that significantly influence organizational culture. A range of literature on the factors influencing organizational culture was gathered in order to identify the critical factors affecting employee retention. The same is true of the hypothesis, which was developed utilizing four independent factors against the dependent variable, retention: management style, business values, company norms, and artifacts. The mix methodology has also been used for the purpose of this study, accounting for both quantitative and qualitative techniques. From the target population, a sample of 103 people was selected using the stratified random sampling technique. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences was used to analyze and interpret the data, which was also collected via a structured questionnaire. Additionally, this study incorporated secondary data from books, websites, journal articles, internal business records, and books. The major findings of the study corroborate this assertion because all four independent variables show a strong positive relationship with the dependent variable. Therefore, the study's conclusions and recommendations focused on enhancing the crucial elements that significantly impacted ABC Company's capacity to retain employees. en_US
