dc.description.abstract Job satisfaction and employee turnover are specifically correlated. According to the survey findings, the ABC Security Firm (Pvt) Ltd has had a high rate of employee turnover in the Non - Managerial Category employees since 2020. The productivity of the organization has been significantly impacted by this issue. Additionally, because the organization must frequently complete the hiring process, this has resulted in a high cost of production and time waste for the organization. The general purpose of examining Impact of Less Job Satisfaction to High Employee Turnover Among Non - Managerial Category Employees at ABC Security Firm (Pvt) Ltd - Colombo. The study's dependent variable was high employee turnover. Salary , training and development, and Supervision variables were found under the independent variable of job satisfaction. Three hypotheses were developed for this research. Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies were used in the study's mixed methodology. A sample size of 85% of the Non - Managerial employees from the ABC Security Firm (Pvt) Ltd was chosen using simple random sampling. Primary data were gathered using a pre-structured questionnaire, and secondary data came from research papers, leave records and documents on exit interviews of the company. The statistical results of the study showed a significant positive association between low job satisfaction and high employee turnover.In order to lower excessive employee turnover, the researcher strongly advises the ABC Security Firm (Pvt) Ltd to hire the right employees with the appropriate skills and knowledge. en_US
